Documents Required for Building Valuation


1. Concern Letter (with or without Valuation) from National land Commission (NLC).
2. Occupancy Certificate if the Building is located in Thromdes/Municipal or Town areas where they provide Occupancy Certificates. Or
3. If the builing is located in rural areas, Insurance Paper should be produced in place of Occupancy Certificate. Or
4. If both Occupancy Certificate & Insurance Paper are not available, a Letter from the concerned authority (eg. Gewog Administration if the house is located under a specific Gewog) to authenticate the existance and ownership of the builing should be produced.
5. Architectural Drawings of the builing (if avaiable). 6. In case of no Architectural drawings, the following details should be produced:

8. Photos of the Building (exterior of the building, interior walls & rooms, floors, & ceilings).

Notes***

  1. Concern Letter from National Land Commision is compulsory. We do not provide valuation based on Lag Thram.
  2. Either with or without valuation from National Land Commission will suffice. We recommend bringing the one without valuation since it has to be attached with our Valuation for your visa purpose. However, you may bring both the letters from land commission if you intend to apply for Education loan as well.
  3. Our Valuation is valid for Visa Purposes Only.
